Make sure you are clear on the returns policy and receive confirmation in writing.
Restocking Fee
If returns are allowed, ask about the restocking fee and who will be responsible for return shipping.
Warranty Period
What is actually covered by the warranty? What situations are not covered?
Who to Call
If there is a problem with the delivery or the cabinet, who should you call? Is their customer service easily available?
Manufacturer
Insist on getting the manufacturer’s contact information before purchasing a wine cabinet.
